Champagne Mailly Grand Cru bylo založeno v roce 1929. Vlastní 70 hektarů vinic klasifikace Grand Cru, kde pěstují pouze Pinot Noir a Chardonnay. Roční produkce činí 450 000 lahví. Vína zrají v křídových sklepích, 19 metrů pod zemí. Jedná se o velmi progresivní firmu používající nové moderní technologie, sudy pro vína dosage z Chateau Margaux, Vlakovou lodí domu je cuvée Les Échansons.
